Vartel Homes
Vartel Homes is one of the leading builders in South Eastern Victoria building 100’s of homes per years for local families. The Vartel business focuses on quality and value for their customers.
Iseka solution – Vartel came to Iseka looking for a new way to present their business online so that new customers could search and select from the Vartel range of homes. In addition they had a number of designs that only had 2D plans and therefore no images for display purposes. To meet this need, Iseka developed a responsive website that was searchable based on the customers specific house requirements. The website is easily update-able by Vartel marketing team and is of course mobile ready.
In addition Iseka managed the process of having the Vartel plans turned into 3d CAD images for display on the website.

Jims Bins Cliffton Springs
Jims Bins of Cliffton Springs is a franchisee of the “Jims Bins” business. They provide rubbish removal services on the Bellarine for both domestic and commercial businesses.
Iseka was engaged to help move the business from a “paper-based” business to one that was completely electronic. By leveraging a number of SaaS based applications Jims was able to completley swap out their paper based systems for an Ipad. Within weeks a booking engine was created with the ability to manage the entire calendaring process of hiring, delivering and retriving bins. The system takes control of the entire process from customer ordering through to invoicing, there is literally now no paper involved in the process.
Jims was able to remove a considerable amount of wasted effort from their operations and have been able to follow a “enter the information once” methodology. Jims are now able to utislize the system to make better decisions about how to grow the business as they are able to review historical data with ease, this enables them to reduce cost and improve the service they provide.

LaMeli Villas
LaMeli Villas owns and operates villa accommodation across Indonesia. The company focuses on family holidays at reasonable prices.
The company was using simple excel spreadsheets to manage the entire process of operating and running these villas. This practice caused signifcant confusion and was impacted customer satisfaction.
Iseka was employed to completely build an environment from the ground up that focused on simplification of all of the process of managing these villas; from bookings to billing to marketing. Iseka built an entire environment in (6) weeks including the following sub systems:

Numbfish
Numfish have become one of Australia’s most trusted Pro Kick Scooter specialists since opening in 2007. Still family owned and originally starting as a surf shop, we have now evolved to focus as a specialist in Pro Kick Scooters Retailing and Servicing.
Numfish desire was to leverage their “in store” stock and advice to increase online sales while at the same time streamline their sales and marketing processes. To meet this challenge Iseka created a new e-commerce system based on Neto. The Neto e-commerce system replaced a number of 3rd party disconnected platforms such as simple website, separate hosted shopping cart, separate inventory control system and customer contact into a single system that in addition provide payment gateway services and connection to the businesses existing finance system.
In addition Iseka helped create a 3D version of their store that could be hosted within their website that would enable customers to “virtually” shop their traditional “Bricks and Mortar” store.
The resulting system has significantly improved the online shopping experience so that dwell times and online orders have increased.

Kelapa Villas
Kelapa Villas operate a range of luxury accommodation services on the magnificent island of Gii Trawangan in Lombok Indonesia.
The company needed to re-brand itself and significantly improve the functionality of their website and so they contact Iseka to achieve this. One of main requirements was the amount of time to complete this project. In response Iseka was able to completely rebuild the sitein less than 2 weeks.
The site included the ability to search the different accommodation services easily while being easy to update and of course responsive to all connecting client devices.

MAXI KA supplies kitchen to customers in Australia.

Outcome
NWKA Global was able to significantly reduce it’s employes from 14 to 3 full time staff in Australia. In addition significant cost savings where made in migrating from expensive in house ERP and mail systems to cheaper cloud based systems that are more advanced and provided greater security and redundancy.

Pact Heating & Cooling sells and installs a wide range of Heating and Cooling systems to customers all over Victoria. Pact is a proud family owned business that prides itself on excellent customer service and maintaining a family based approach to customers and employees alike.
Even though Pact Heating & Cooling has a strong partnership with many of its customers it was unable to effectively position its value add to the sales process of selling new homes and heating and cooling systems.
With input from PT Iseka, Pact Heating & Cooling where able to implement a digital signage solution that enabled a live presence in display centers around the state for an extremely low cost compared to other solutions on the market.
In addition to this PT Iseka provides Pact Heating & Cooling with additional Customer Service Agents to help process quotes more effectively.
