Villa Tenang – Gili Trawangan owns and operates a number of family style  villa accommodation in Gili Trawangan, Lombok Indonesia.  While the company prides itself in offering a high level of customer satisfaction it began to find that their occupancy rate was beginning to decline.

Bookings through the OTA provides such as Agoda and Booking.com where stable but these have the net effect of reducing the villas gross margins based on lower net revenue figures.

Iseka was able to package a total solution which included not only a new website but the back end hotel and opportunitymanagement system to track all inbound inquiries and manage the entire booking process through to payment.

La Meli Villas owns a number of single bedroom to private multi-room villas in the picturesque art capital of Bali, Ubud.
